Consistent performance, good upgrade
This is my third purchase from WeCreat, upgraded from a Vista to the Vision Pro this time. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. My previous machines were reliable, and this one is too. The internal camera on the Pro is a nice improvement for alignment. Delivery was quick, arrived in 4 days this time to my workshop. Had a small question about the Air Assist setup, and customer service responded within a day. They've been consistently good in my experience.
Good machine, software needs work
I bought the WeCreat Vision last month. Setup was pretty straightforward, and the auto-lifting feature is really useful for different material thicknesses. My first few projects on basswood plywood turned out great. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Arizona. The crafting software felt a bit clunky though, not as intuitive as I hoped. Overall, a solid engraver for the price, but they could improve the software side.
